The RecordX software suite explained:
RecordX Standard edition is a USB unit suitable for small & medium enterprises that wish to record their calls and are working within a low budget. It is suitable for any business with a minimum of 2 x ISDN2 lines and a maximum of 16 x ISDN2 lines.
Search criteria includes date, time, duration of call, dialled number and CLI (if your lines output the CLI)
Call Recordings can be reviewed at the server or using our simple web enabled search facility.
Prices start from £895 or from as little as £8 week on a 3 year lease *
RecordX Premium edition is a USB unit suitable for small & medium enterprises that wish to record their calls and are working within a low budget. It is suitable for any business with a minimum of 2 x ISDN2 lines and a maximum of 16 x ISDN2 lines.
Search criteria are the same as Standard version with the addition of extension number and flags.
There is also the ability to add notes and markers into calls when playing recordings back.
Call Recordings can be reviewed at the server or using our simple web enabled search facility.
