RecordX Standard edition is a USB unit suitable for small & medium enterprises that wish to record their calls and are working within a low budget.  It is suitable for small & medium (SME) businesses with a minimum of 8 x ISDN30 lines and a maximum of 30 x ISDN30 lines.
Search criteria includes date, time, duration of call, dialled number and CLI (if your lines output the CLI)
Call Recordings can be reviewed at the server or using our simple web enabled search facility.

Prices start from £2175 or from as little as £17 week on a 3 year lease *

RecordX Premium edition is a USB unit suitable for small & medium enterprises.  It is suitable for businesses with a minimum of 8 x ISDN30 lines and a maximum of 30 x ISDN30 lines.
Search criteria are the same as Standard version with the addition of extension number and flags.
There is also the ability to add searchable notes and markers into calls when playing recordings back.
Call Recordings can be reviewed at the server or using our simple web enabled search facility.

Prices start from £2525 or from as little as £20 week on a 3 year lease *

RecordX Enterprise edition is suitable for all businesses with a minimum of 20 x ISDN30 lines.
It is a PC based system including a Server, Voice recording card and back-up external hard drive.
Search criteria are the same as Premium version with the addition of agent field and custom fields.
You also have the ability to listen to calls live and view and replay audit trail reviews.
